Please be advised there is not a suitable location for the tax drop box at the temporary Borough Building facility, therefore your additional taxes and your 2024 taxes when available can be dropped off in the mail slot at our tax collector’s office located at:
1356 Route 51, Suite 2, Jefferson Hills, PA 15236
This office is easy to get to and is located in the strip mall on Rt 51 south just before the Blue Flame.
When the new Tax Season begins on July 1,2024, there will be expanded office hours so you can drop your taxes off and get your receipt. These hours will be posted on the Borough website.
Taxes will also be collected at the temporary Borough Building from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM on the following dates: Aug 19, 21, 23, 26, 28, 30, 2024.

Tax Certification Requests
For closing companies and banks, the fee for a 3 year Borough and school tax certification is $50.
Please make checks payable to Michael Freedman, Tax Collector, and mail with your request to
P.O. Box 10931, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 The duplicate bill fee is $5.00 per bill.

As a resident of Pleasant Hills/West Jefferson Hills School District, your PSD Code is 731902.
This must be used on your Residency Certification Form filed with your employer and on your Final Local Earned Income Tax Return which must be filed by all taxpayers annually. If you use the wrong PSD Code, there will be a significant delay in your taxes reaching your home municipality and school district!
