All door to door solicitation requires a Soliciting Permit from the Borough. Applications for soliciting permits are located in the Administration Department, 2nd floor of the Municipal Building. Used for collecting and/or conveying stormwater
Owned by a municipality or any other public body
Not used as a combined sewer
Not part of Publically Owned Treatment Works

The owner of any dog within the Borough of Pleasant Hills is required to obtain a license as of the first business day of January of each year and every year thereafter. The owner of any dog more than six months old may obtain a dog license per Boro Code 150.1, at the Municipal Building, Administration Department, 2nd Floor for each dog owned or kept. A license must be obtained as of the date the dog is six months of age. Therefore, if the dog turns six months old after the first business day of a year, a license must be obtained for the remainder of that calendar year.
