The 24th Annual National Night Out Celebration is scheduled for
Tuesday, July 31st from 7pm - 9:00pm.

Residents are invited to join in the celebration with police, fire and medics by turning on their lights, locking their doors and coming outside to spend the evening with family members and neighbors.

Residents are encouraged to host block parties, cookouts, and youth activities. This is a great time for all age groups, from young children to senior citizens, to get to know each other and build relationships which will enhance family based ideals.

Emergency equipment from numerous public safety organizations will form a procession and travel throughout the borough, visiting neighborhoods in an effort to highlight the importance of a strong police-community partnership.

Groups or organizations from the area that wish to participate in the procession with their motorized units are invited to join public safety personnel in making this years event even bigger than those held in the past. Please contact the Pleasant Hills Police Dept. at 412-655-5045 x 1125 for more information and confirmation.
